Dear class,

I found this children's song that will teach you how to create your own limerick. Give it a try!

I was dreaming with a big bad wolf
He had flu and a terrible cough
It was late, I was sole
And He seemed to had cold
So I decided to give him my clothes!

  2. I dreamed of a big and bad wolf
Who had the most terrible cough
    he didn't seem bold
    because he was cold
no wonder his name was Christophe!

    1. You have to carefully count the number of syllables in each verse and make the last word in lines 1,2 and 5 match. The same rule applies for lines 3 and four. I'll try to explain it to you in class.

  4. I had a beautiful cat named Ed
I can tell you that I loved it to death
It was the joy of mine
But tears dropped in my eyes
When I knew that we would not be happy together over this earth.
